The winners of Ruydade Shetab (startup) in the field of souvenirs and handicrafts were announced.
As reported on the website of Institute of Applied Science and Technology of Jahad Daneshgahi, Maliheh Shahriari, the executive secretary of Ruydade Shetab in Souvenir and Handicrafts, pointing to the role of Institute of Applied Science and Technology of Jahad Daneshgahi in organizing this event, stated, “35 ideas and plans were submitted to the secretariat of this event in five main categories of “souvenir and handicraft packaging, souvenir and handicraft processing, marketing and branding of souvenirs and handicrafts, commercialization of souvenirs and handicrafts and introduction of souvenirs and handicrafts” from May 9 to 25 of this year.
“After the preliminary assessment, 9 ideas were deemed qualified to enter the final round of judging. In the end, the jury (Narjes Sadat Alam al-Hudaei, the director of the Innovation Center of Khorasan Science and Technology Park, Danial Ahmadzadeh, the CEO of Padideh E-Commerce Co., Masoud Alam Samimi, the director of the Jihad University Tourism Services Center in Mashhad, and Ahmad Afroughi, the chair of the Institute of Applied Science and Technology of Jahad Daneshgahi introduced three best ideas as the winners.
Shahriari added, “The final round of judging was held online in Adobe Connect platform on May 29 of this year, and the ideas entering the final round were virtually presented by their owners. Finally, the ideas presented by “Mohadeseh Alimirzaei, a student of Tourism at Institute of Applied Science and Technology of Jahad Daneshgahi for the idea of “Rismon”, Abdulvahab Asgharzadeh Shabestari, a handicrafts activist for the idea of “packing handicrafts with kilim design from Mashhad” and Reza Tahaghoghi Kafash, an IT student, for the idea “Soghatchi” (a platform for produce content for handicraft shops)” were awarded by the Institute of Applied Science and Technology of Jahad Daneshgahi.
